  • We offer both physical products and digital downloads focused on natural and holistic living. Our physical products include, but aren't limited to, body balm, lip balm, insect repellant, dry shampoo, hair and scalp oil. Our digital downloads include, but aren't limited to, essential oil guides, sourdough guides, essential oil recipes.
  • All products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

 2. Purchasing Terms

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the amount due.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

 3. Digital Downloads

  • Upon purchase, digital downloads will be available to you either via direct download or email.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase has been completed.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded content for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or any commercial use of our digital products is strictly prohibited.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability. Contact us at hello@kconaturalproducts.com for exchange inquiries.

 5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship to the US only.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of physical products.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order.

  • The information and recipes provided in our digital downloads are intended for personal use only.
